Wiser - central unit

Wiser is a smart home system that affordably and easily adds comfort, security, and energy efficiency to your home.

The Wiser smart home consists of various devices that can be controlled wirelessly in different ways. With the Wiser phone app, you can create convenient scene controls, schedules, or, for example, automations based on weather variations. The devices also communicate with each other, so home functions can be automated without user intervention. The Wiser system can be installed with standard cabling or wirelessly.

The central unit creates a certified Zigbee 3.0 mesh network in the home, to which other devices are connected. The device is also connected to Schneider Electric's cloud service, enabling secure remote access and notifications when you are away.

The central unit should be placed in as open and central a location as possible, even though each Wiser device connected to mains power acts as a message router, enabling a very wide and reliable system. The central unit can be connected to the home broadband with a network cable (Recommended connection method RJ45, not included) or Wi-Fi.

The device can be installed in a standard junction box (installation depth 24mm), directly on the wall, or as a standalone unit on a table.

Power supply options: 1) 230V with the included adapter and USB cable, 2) 12VDC/0.5A to the device's cable connectors (transformer not included).

IP20, operating temperature 0-40C. The device is intended for private home and indoor use.
