Wiser is a smart home system that enhances comfort, security, and energy efficiency in your home. The Wiser smart home consists of various devices that can be controlled wirelessly in different ways. With the Wiser phone app, you can easily create scene controls, schedules, or automations based on weather changes, for example. The devices also communicate with each other, so home functions can be automated without user intervention. Wiser can be installed with normal cabling or wirelessly.

With Wiser sockets, the user can monitor the power consumption of devices in real-time, as well as historical data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. The system can save electricity through various automations (e.g., home/away modes, nighttime shutdown). The socket can also be switched off and on to control lighting with a button.

Full use of Schneider Electric's Wiser system requires a central unit (snro 2622118, CCT501901, Matter-certified), the Wiser by SE smartphone app, a user account, and an internet connection. The system is free to use.

It can also be used in other smart home systems according to their supported functions, e.g., Homey, Home Assistant. NOTE: Using these systems requires separate applications, and their use is subject to the system manufacturer's separate terms of use. System support is provided by the system manufacturer.

The device can be connected to Nordpool's electricity exchange data via a compatible PowerTag.
