The ZALMAN Z10 PLUS is an ATX midi tower case constructed with a steel frame, plastic components, and a tempered glass side panel for component visibility. Its internal layout is designed to support standard ATX, Mini-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. The chassis provides ample clearance for high-performance hardware, including graphics cards up to 395 mm in length and CPU coolers with a maximum height of 173 mm, accommodating a wide range of builds.

For thermal management, the case is equipped with four pre-installed ARGB fans to establish consistent airflow from the front intake to the rear exhaust. It offers extensive cooling flexibility, with mounting points for up to 360 mm liquid cooling radiators in both the front and top panels. The top-mounted I/O panel provides modern connectivity options, featuring a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, additional USB Type-A ports, and a combination audio jack for streamlined peripheral access.
