The Beats Studio Buds + are true wireless earbuds built around a custom acoustic platform featuring 10 mm drivers. This design delivers a balanced sound profile with minimal distortion. The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) system is engineered to adapt to the user's fit to neutralize external sound, while a corresponding Transparency mode allows for ambient awareness. To achieve a secure acoustic seal, the earbuds include four sizes of silicone ear tips (XS, S, M, L), accommodating a range of ear shapes for both comfort and performance.

These earbuds provide up to 36 hours of total listening time when used with the pocketable charging case. A 5-minute fast charge provides additional playback when the battery is low. For voice calls, a system of four microphones with digital signal processing works to isolate the user's voice from background noise. The earbuds feature an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance, making them suitable for use during physical activity. On-device controls consist of a multi-function button on each earbud for managing music, calls, and listening modes.
