The Jabra Evolve2 40 SE is a wired, on-ear mono headset engineered for professional use in office and Unified Communications environments. It establishes a direct connection to compatible devices using a USB-C interface, providing a stable link for calls and media playback. The headset features a 40 mm driver in its single earcup, which is designed to deliver clear audio for voice communication. The on-ear cup and adjustable headband are constructed with foam and leatherette materials, intended to provide comfort throughout the workday.

For voice pickup, the headset integrates a three-microphone array combined with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to help isolate the user's voice from ambient background noise. The microphone is located on a boom arm and can be muted directly from the headset. A 360° busy light is built into the earcup, which illuminates to signal to colleagues when a call is active. On-device buttons provide tactile control for managing calls, adjusting volume, and muting the microphone without interacting with the connected device's software.
