It utilizes a Gen S Dual Chamber Pump paired with a copper base plate to facilitate efficient heat transfer from the processor. This heat is then moved to an expanded-surface aluminum radiator, which is cooled by two 120mm fans. The package includes CryoFuze thermal paste to ensure a proper thermal interface between the CPU and the cooler's water block upon installation.
The dual 120mm fans are PWM-controlled, allowing for a variable speed range to balance cooling performance with acoustic output.
