The MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO EVO is an all-in-one liquid cooler engineered specifically for Intel processors on the LGA 1700 socket. Its primary feature is an integrated thermoelectric cooling (TEC) unit within the water block, which operates in conjunction with Intel Cryo Cooling Technology. This design enables the system to achieve sub-ambient temperatures, providing advanced thermal management for high-performance CPUs under demanding loads. The copper cold plate ensures direct and efficient heat transfer from the processor to the TEC unit for optimal performance.

Heat dissipation is handled by a 394mm aluminum radiator paired with three 120mm Mobius Series fans. These fans utilize a Loop Dynamic Bearing and are PWM-controlled to balance high static pressure with controlled acoustics, reaching speeds up to 2400 RPM. The system also incorporates a redesigned compact pump for reliable coolant circulation through the braided tubing. Addressable Gen 2 RGB lighting on the fans allows for visual customization within a compatible system build.
