Heat transfer begins at the copper base plate, moving the load into seven 6 mm diameter heat pipes. These pipes distribute the thermal energy across the large heatsink array, which features nickel-plated fins designed to maximize surface area for heat dissipation. Air movement is managed by a dual-fan setup, utilizing distinct 140 mm and 120 mm fans, both mounted on Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) for consistent performance. Fan speeds are dynamically regulated via a 4-pin PWM connection, allowing adjustment between 500 and 1700 RPM based on system demand.
