Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677, 2x140 mm CPU Cooler

The Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677 is an air cooling solution specifically designed for high-performance server and workstation applications utilizing Intel LGA4677 and LGA4710 platforms. This unit employs a single-tower heatsink architecture optimized for the high thermal demands of 4th generation Xeon Scalable processors. Heat is efficiently transferred away from the CPU via a copper base plate and six 6mm diameter copper heat pipes. The large surface area required for heat dissipation is provided by an extended aluminum fin stack.

Air movement across the heatsink is managed by a dual-fan push-pull configuration utilizing two 140mm NF-A15 fans. The fans operate across a speed range of 450 RPM to 2000 RPM, offering speed regulation via 4-pin PWM support. At its maximum speed, the system generates 140.2 m³/h of airflow and maintains a maximum noise output of 22.6 dB. The cooler assembly measures 165mm in height and features robust construction incorporating SSO2 bearing technology, certified for 150,000 hours of Mean Time To Failure.
