The Lian Li A4-H2O is an 11-liter small form factor case developed in collaboration with DAN Cases. Its minimalist chassis consists of an aluminum exterior and an SPCC steel interior, resulting in a lightweight yet durable structure. The internal sandwich layout is designed to house a Mini-ITX motherboard and a triple-slot GPU, with a pre-installed PCIe 4.0 riser cable to facilitate component installation. This design prioritizes space efficiency for high-performance hardware within a compact footprint.

For thermal management, the case primarily supports liquid cooling, with a removable top bracket that accommodates a 240mm all-in-one radiator and fan combination. This configuration sets the maximum CPU cooler height at 55mm, making it suitable for low-profile air coolers or AIO water blocks. The enclosure supports both SFX and SFX-L power supplies, providing flexibility for different build requirements. The front I/O panel includes one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and a combo audio jack for peripheral connectivity.
