The Thermaltake TOUGHLIQUID 240 is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler designed for thermal management in performance-oriented PC builds. It utilizes a 240mm aluminum radiator paired with two 120mm TOUGHFAN 12 fans, which operate between 500 and 2000 RPM via PWM control. These fans are engineered to deliver up to 58.35 CFM of airflow and 2.41 mmH₂O of static pressure for effective heat dissipation from the radiator. A high-performance copper cold plate ensures direct thermal transfer from the processor, and the entire unit is finished in a distinct turquoise color.

This cooler provides extensive compatibility with a wide range of modern and legacy Intel and AMD sockets. The water block integrates ARGB lighting and features a rotatable cap, allowing for correct logo orientation regardless of the installation angle. Illumination is controlled via a standard 5V ARGB motherboard header and supports synchronization with common software suites, including ASUS Aura Sync and MSI Mystic Light Sync. The 400mm rubber tubes offer sufficient length and flexibility for routing within various chassis configurations.
