The Thermaltake TOUGHLIQUID Ultra 280 RGB is an all-in-one liquid cooling solution designed for thermal management and system monitoring. Its primary feature is a 2.1-inch rotational TFT-LCD on the pump housing, which can be configured to display real-time system metrics, weather information, or custom media files. This cooler utilizes a 280mm aluminum radiator paired with two 140mm fans to dissipate heat from the processor. The pump operates at a fixed speed of 3200 RPM to maintain consistent coolant circulation through the loop.

The included TOUGHFAN 14 RGB fans are PWM-controlled, with an operational range of 500 to 2000 RPM. This design allows for a balance between cooling performance and acoustic output, generating up to 107 CFM of airflow and 3.04 mmH2O of static pressure at maximum speed. Thermal transfer is handled by a copper base plate connected to the radiator via 460mm rubber tubes. RGB lighting on the fans is managed through Thermaltake's proprietary software, providing customizable aesthetics that can be synchronized with the pump's display.
