The Thermaltake ToughLiquid Ultra 280 is an all-in-one liquid cooling solution engineered for thermal management in high-performance computer systems. It integrates a 280mm aluminum radiator with two 140mm fans to facilitate efficient heat dissipation. At the center of the unit is a copper water block and a pump assembly that features an integrated 480x480 TFT-LCD display. This screen provides the ability to monitor real-time system information or to display custom images directly on the component for system personalization.

The dual fans support PWM control, allowing their speed to be adjusted from 500 to 2000 RPM to balance airflow and noise levels. At maximum speed, the fans are rated to produce an airflow of 119.1 CFM and a static pressure of 3.54 mmH₂O. The pump motor operates at a speed of 3200 RPM and is managed via a USB interface for software-based adjustments. This cooler provides broad socket compatibility for current Intel and AMD processors and features TT RGB PLUS lighting for aesthetic customization.
