The TP-Link Deco BE65 BE9300 is a Tri-Band mesh networking system that operates using the Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) standard. This system utilizes the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands to achieve a combined theoretical wireless throughput of 9300 Mbit/s. Specifically, the 6 GHz band delivers speeds up to 5760 Mbit/s, while the 5 GHz band provides up to 2880 Mbit/s, offering high capacity for data-intensive activities such as 8K streaming and large file transfers.

Each mesh unit is equipped with four 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports that support both WAN and LAN auto-sensing, enabling flexible installation and multi-gigabit wired backhaul. The internal architecture utilizes 4K-QAM modulation, MU-MIMO technology, and Beamforming to ensure stable signal quality and efficiency across multiple clients. Additionally, the unit incorporates an SPI Firewall, QoS functionality, and WPA3 encryption for network management and security.

The system is designed with intelligent mesh technology, facilitating continuous roaming and consistent coverage throughout the designated area. Management, including the configuration of features like VPN Client/Server protocols (OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP) and parental controls, is performed via the associated mobile application. Connectivity is further expanded by the inclusion of one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port for network data sharing capabilities.
