The Thermalright TL-C14C-S is a 140mm case fan engineered for system cooling efficiency and effective airflow management within a computer chassis. Operation is managed via a 4-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) connection, enabling dynamic speed control up to 1500 RPM based on current thermal requirements. This design allows the user to prioritize either silent operation at lower loads or maximum cooling performance during high-demand periods.

At maximum operational speed, the fan delivers an airflow of 75.8 CFM, coupled with a static pressure output of 1.93 mmH2O. Acoustic output peaks at 26.4 dB, providing a functional balance between air movement and audible noise levels.
