Health monitoring is handled by a wrist-based heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen sensor, which contribute data to sleep and stress tracking functions. The device includes over 30 specific activity profiles, including running, cycling, and swimming, alongside a dedicated triathlon mode for seamless transitions between disciplines. For daily use and connectivity, the watch offers 32 GB of internal storage for music and supports contactless payments through Garmin Pay.
