The device comes with 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X-4267 SDRAM and dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless LAN. It also has faster Gigabit Ethernet and USB 3 ports. The Raspberry Pi 5 is equipped with a VideoCore VII GPU and Bluetooth 5.0 / Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) The device is capable of Power over Ethernet (PoE) via a separate PoE HAT.
