The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay Portal is an over-ear wireless headset designed for gaming. It is equipped with 40 mm dynamic drivers housed in a closed-back acoustic system, operating across a frequency range of 20 to 22,000 Hz. For connectivity, the headset provides a low-latency 2.4GHz RF connection using a USB-C receiver for PC and console use, alongside Bluetooth 5.1 for mobile devices. The inclusion of Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) functions to reduce background environmental sounds. Wired audio is also supported via a 3.5 mm jack or a direct USB-C connection.

Voice communication is handled by a built-in array of four omnidirectional microphones that feature noise-canceling technology. The headset is constructed from aluminium, leather, and fabric, with a total weight of 282 grams. On-device controls are available for volume adjustment, call management, and microphone muting. The integrated Lithium-Ion battery provides up to 24 hours of continuous wireless playback and can be fully recharged in approximately two hours using the USB-C port. The headset supports both AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs for wireless audio streaming.
