Alpina Smart Remote for Smart Bulbs

The smart lighting of the alpina Smart home is controlled with the alpina Smart home app and your smartphone. But what if it is empty? Or you don't have your phone at hand? Then you use the smart remote control from the alpina Smart home. This remote control from alpina Smart home is a possible extension to your smart lights from the same brand. You can control up to 15 different smart lights with this remote control with a range of up to 20 metres. 

Why a smart remote? 
Of course you can control your smart lights via the app on your smartphone. It's great that you don't have to get up to control your lighting. With this smart remote you also don't need to unlock your mobile phone or even have it nearby. Handy if you just want to switch your lights on or off quickly or want to dim them. In total, you can link up to 15 lights to this remote control and operate them from a distance of up to 20 metres. The smart remote control works via an RF signal, with the added advantage that it also works if your Wi-Fi is down.

The smart remote is very clear and has only 3 buttons: 
On 
Off 
Brightness (+ or -) 
This makes the operation extremely simple for these common actions. On top of the remote is an indicator light that shows whether the device is actually working. This light also shows the status of the connection between the remote control and a smart light. In order to operate the lights with the remote control, they must be connected to the alpina Smart home app. First switch the smart light off and then on again to enter pairing mode. Press and hold the 'on' button on the remote control for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts to flash. When it flashes 3 times, the pairing is complete. Do this with each light that you want to pair with the remote control.
