The Huawei Watch GT4 features a 41mm round stainless steel case and a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 pixel resolution. This always-on touchscreen provides clear access to notifications and system functions. Running on the HarmonyOS platform, the watch is compatible with devices using Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later. The design is completed by a green Fluoroelastomer band suitable for wrist sizes from 120 to 190 mm. A built-in microphone and speaker enable call management directly from the wrist when connected to a smartphone.

For health and fitness, the watch integrates an optical heart rate sensor, a blood oxygen (SpO2) monitor, and a skin temperature sensor. Its location services support GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS satellite systems, complemented by a barometer for altitude data. Connectivity is handled through Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC is included for contactless payments. The device has a 5 ATM water resistance rating and provides up to 168 hours of battery life, with support for wireless charging that takes approximately 60 minutes for a full cycle.
