The Cosori Dual Blaze Pro air fryer is a countertop appliance utilizing 1700 W of power for efficient meal preparation. It integrates 360 ThermoIQ technology, employing heating elements located both above and below the cooking chamber. This dual heating system maintains consistent internal temperature, intended to eliminate the user requirement to manually shake or flip items during the cooking cycle. With a total volume of 6.4 L, the appliance supports cooking capacity of up to 2.0 kg of food, accommodating five servings.

Operation is managed via a digital touch control panel located on the front housing. The user can select from 12 dedicated preset programs or utilize the adjustable thermostat, which ranges from 80°C minimum to 205°C maximum. A built-in digital timer tracks cooking duration up to 60 minutes and includes a readiness alarm upon completion. The removable aluminium inner bowl is coated with a non-stick material free of PFOA/PFOS, simplifying food release. For maintenance, the removable parts are rated safe for dishwasher cleaning.
