Noctua NH-D15 G2 HBC, 2x140 mm CPU Cooler, Brown

The NH-D15 G2 HBC is a large-format dual-tower air cooling system designed to manage high thermal loads generated by modern performance desktop CPUs. The structure employs a nickel-plated copper base plate connected to eight 6mm copper heat pipes that distribute heat across two expansive stacks of aluminum fins. This iteration features High Base Convexity (HBC), which is specifically engineered to ensure optimized thermal contact with CPUs that have highly convex integrated heat spreaders, such as those found on current LGA platforms. The cooler is rated to handle thermal design power up to 250W.

Cooling performance is delivered by two 140mm NF-A14x25r G2 fans, which utilize the SSO2 bearing technology and support PWM control for speed modulation. The fans operate with a maximum rotational speed of 1500 RPM, capable of generating an airflow of 155.6 m³/h and a static pressure up to 2.56 mmH₂O. At maximum speed, the recorded noise output is 24.8 dB. The cooler maintains broad compatibility, supporting current AM5, AM4, LGA1700, and LGA1851 sockets, provided the necessary system chassis clearance of 168mm height is available.
