The Thermalright Core Vision 360 is an all-in-one liquid cooling system built around a 397mm aluminum radiator and three 120mm fans. The included TL-E12B-S V2 fans are equipped with S-FDB bearings for operational longevity and can reach speeds of up to 2000 RPM. This configuration is engineered to provide substantial thermal dissipation, maintaining stable temperatures on high-TDP processors. The cooler supports a wide range of modern CPU sockets, including Intel's LGA1700/1851 and AMD's AM4/AM5, ensuring broad system compatibility.

A prominent feature is the integrated LCD on the pump block, which offers a 400x400 pixel display for real-time system monitoring or custom animations. Both the 3100 RPM pump and the high-static-pressure fans are PWM-controlled, enabling dynamic speed adjustments for an optimal balance between cooling efficiency and acoustics. For aesthetic integration, the fans include addressable RGB lighting that connects via a standard 3-pin 5V header. The unit's all-black design serves as a neutral foundation for various build themes.
