The NETGEAR GS305P-300EUS is an unmanaged 5-port Gigabit Ethernet PoE switch designed to expand wired network capacity. As a Layer 2 plug-and-play device, it requires no manual configuration. The switch features five RJ45 ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds for standard network hardware. Four of these ports provide Power over Ethernet (PoE), supplying up to 30 W per port for devices such as access points or security cameras, with a total system PoE budget of 63 W. Auto-negotiation ensures each port identifies the correct transfer rate for the connected device.

The desktop unit features a black chassis measuring 158 x 101 x 27 mm and weighs 400 g. A built-in wall-mounting option offers alternative placement if desk space is limited.
