The Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 Halo 2 is a set of three 120 mm fans designed to improve airflow and provide illumination within a PC case. Each fan operates on a variable speed range from 0 to 2050 RPM, controlled via a standard 4-pin PWM header. At maximum rotational speed, a single fan is rated to produce an airflow of 51.88 CFM and a static pressure of 2.89 mmH2O. This level of static pressure is suitable for applications that require focused airflow, such as mounting on liquid cooling radiators or pushing air through restrictive case panels.

Each fan uses a rifle bearing for operation and is constructed with a black frame. For lighting, the fans are equipped with dual-loop Addressable Gen 2 RGB LEDs, which connect to a motherboard using a 3-pin ARGB header. The lighting effects can be synchronized with compatible hardware and software. This 3-in-1 pack includes an ARGB controller, allowing for lighting customization on systems that do not have a built-in ARGB header. The standard 120 x 120 x 25 mm dimensions ensure compatibility with most PC case fan mounts.
