The EZVIZ RE4 functions as a combined vacuum cleaner and mop, providing both dry debris removal and damp floor cleaning in a single device. It generates 4 kPa of maximum vacuum suction and is designed to operate effectively across both hard floor surfaces and carpets, offering three distinct suction levels including a dedicated silent mode. Navigation is facilitated by LDS LiDAR technology and integrated infrared sensors, which allow the robot to establish precise maps and define optimal cleaning routes within a mapped space.

The unit features obstacle and stairs detection capabilities, allowing it to safely navigate the home environment and move over maximum thresholds of 20 mm. Power is supplied for up to 240 minutes of continuous operation, followed by a charging period of five hours, after which the robot automatically returns to its charging base. Connectivity is supported via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, enabling remote scheduling and voice control integration through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant platforms. The robot manages debris using a 0.35 L bagless dust container and a 0.3 L water tank.
