The Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM thermal pad is designed for use with processors and graphics chips. This phase change material transitions from solid to liquid as temperature increases to facilitate heat transfer. It features an operating range from -75°C to 150°C and a thickness of 0.2 mm. This nonconductive and noncorrosive interface is easy to install and meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards. Each pack contains one 50 x 40 mm grey pad.
