The TP-Link Omada SX3832MPP is a 32-port 10GbE L2+ managed switch with 24 PoE++ ports, designed for high-density enterprise networks. It features 24 RJ-45 ports supporting 10GbE, complemented by eight 10G SFP+ fiber slots for backbone uplinks. Operating at Layer 2+ with IP routing, the switch provides a total switching capacity of 640 Gbit/s. This throughput supports high-speed data transfer across all connected nodes, allowing administrators to segment LANs and manage traffic from bandwidth-intensive wireless access points or storage servers.

Housed in a rack-mountable metal chassis, the switch draws up to 1010.2 W at full load and uses four fans for active cooling. It delivers power to connected hardware via a 770 W total PoE++ budget, providing up to 90 W per port on its copper connections. The network can be managed via a web-based GUI, a command-line interface using RJ-45 or USB Type-C console ports, or a centralized cloud platform. Traffic segmentation and security are handled through support for up to 4000 VLANs, access control lists, and ARP inspection. The system also includes Quality of Service processing with eight priority queues, ensuring voice and video data are prioritised over standard traffic.
