The Anker Soundcore Q20i are wireless over-ear headphones equipped with 40 mm dynamic drivers and a closed-back acoustic system. They utilize hybrid active noise cancellation to reduce ambient sound for a more focused listening environment. For audio connectivity, the headphones use Bluetooth 5.0, supporting multipoint pairing to two devices, and include a 1.2-meter cable for an optional 3.5 mm wired connection. The audio profile can be adjusted using the companion app, which offers access to different EQ presets.

The internal Li-ion battery provides up to 60 hours of continuous playback and fully recharges in 3 hours via a USB-C connection. A fast-charging function is also supported, delivering additional playback time from a 5-minute charge. An integrated omnidirectional microphone handles voice calls and features its own noise-reduction technology. The headphones are constructed from PET plastic, weigh 257 g, and have a foldable design for storage. Physical buttons on the earcups control volume, playback, and call management.
