The Antec C7 ARGB is a mid-tower chassis constructed with a steel frame, plastic components, and two 4 mm tempered glass panels that provide a 270-degree view of the interior. This case is designed to accommodate a range of motherboard form factors, including E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX. For storage, it provides three 3.5-inch drive bays and two dedicated 2.5-inch drive mounts, utilizing an HDD/SSD combo cage. The chassis offers seven standard expansion slots for component installation.

The thermal design is focused on airflow, shipping with four pre-installed ARGB PWM fans: three 120 mm reverse-flow fans on the side and one 140 mm fan at the rear. Additional cooling can be installed with mounts for up to three 120 mm or 140 mm fans at the top and three 120 mm fans at the bottom. The case also supports liquid cooling configurations, with space for radiators up to 360 mm on both the top and side panels. Removable dust filters are included to facilitate maintenance.
