Featuring an expansive contact surface and enhanced mounting mechanism, this cooler ensures optimal heat dissipation for demanding server environments and high-performance workstations. It's engineered to handle processors with a TDP of up to 350 watts, making it suitable for even the most powerful CPUs with up to 64 cores. The dual 12cm fans in a push-pull configuration provide exceptional cooling performance, while maintaining quiet operation, making it ideal for office workstations.

With a compact design and an optimized installation height of 145 mm, the Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 fits into both classic 4U server racks and most consumer 4U cases available on the market. It offers 53 mm of clearance for memory, allowing the use of RAM modules with moderate heatsinks. The cooler is equipped with dual ball bearing fans designed for 24/7 continuous operation, ensuring reliability and longevity. To adjust the airflow direction if required, the fans can be easily swapped over. It also comes with MX-6 thermal paste to reduce heat build-up between the CPU and the cooler, ensuring safe use as it is neither conductive nor capacitive.
