The structural design integrates two 6 mm copper heat pipes that establish direct contact with the CPU integrated heat spreader, maximizing the rate of thermal transfer. Heat is efficiently channeled away and dissipated through a dense aluminum fin array designed to increase surface area for cooling.

Cooling performance relies on a dual-fan push-pull configuration utilizing two 100 mm fans. The fan speed is modulated using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing the rotational speed to dynamically adjust between 200 RPM and 2300 RPM based on temperature requirements. The fans are constructed with Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB), which contributes to reduced friction and enhanced longevity during continuous operation. The complete assembly measures 136 mm in height, providing compatibility with standard tower chassis designs.

The cooler provides robust thermal capacity, rated for handling processors with a Thermal Design Power (TDP) up to 350 W.
