The Lian Li Hydroshift II LCD-C 360TL is an all-in-one liquid cooler built with a 360mm aluminum radiator and three 120mm fans. It is designed to provide effective thermal management for high-performance processors on current Intel and AMD platforms. A key feature is the 2.1-inch IPS LCD screen integrated into the pump head, which can display system monitoring data or custom user content. The unit also incorporates a side-mounted tubing design intended to facilitate a cleaner installation and improve internal chassis aesthetics.

Performance is delivered by three PWM-controlled fans that operate at speeds up to 2600 RPM, producing high static pressure to efficiently move air through the radiator fins. These fans are equipped with Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) for increased operational lifespan and reduced noise output. The copper base plate ensures direct and efficient heat transfer from the CPU. For system integration, the fans include addressable RGB lighting that connects via a standard 3-pin ARGB header for synchronization with compatible motherboard software.
