The Keychron Q6 MAX is a full-size mechanical keyboard featuring a 100% layout with a numeric keypad, housed within a CNC-machined aluminum body. It utilizes Gateron Jupiter Banana switches, which provide a tactile response characterized by a 1.2 mm actuation point and 3.5 mm of total travel. The keyboard offers tri-mode connectivity, allowing users to connect via a low-latency 2.4 GHz wireless receiver, Bluetooth 5.1 for multi-device pairing, or a detachable USB-C cable for a direct, wired connection.

For performance-focused use, the keyboard operates at a 1000 Hz polling rate in both wired and 2.4 GHz modes and includes N-key rollover to ensure accurate registration of simultaneous inputs. The device is fully programmable with QMK and VIA software, enabling customization of keymaps, macros, and the south-facing RGB backlighting. The keycaps are made from double-shot PBT plastic for increased durability and resistance to surface wear. This model is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
