The ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pad is designed for cooling applications on PCB components such as GPUs, chipsets, and RAM modules. This silicone-based interface material features a thermal conductivity of 6 W/m·K and a density of 3.4 g/cm³. The nonconductive, compressible pad measures 100 x 100 mm with a 1.5 mm thickness and operates from -40 to 150 °C.
