The TP-Link Omada SG3428MP is a 28-port Gigabit L2+ managed switch designed for rack-mounted network management and endpoint power delivery. It provides 24 PoE+ Gigabit RJ-45 ports to power hardware such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. With a 56 Gbit/s switching capacity, the device handles simultaneous data transfers, while its 41.66 Mpps forwarding rate maintains data flow without packet loss. The unit is designed for structured IT environments that require both traffic management and power distribution.

The switch occupies a 1U chassis for standard 19-inch racks and uses two internal fans for active cooling. It offers a 384 W PoE budget, with up to 30 W available per port for high-draw equipment.
