The Aerocool D520A is a mid-tower chassis constructed from 0.8mm SPCC steel, featuring a tempered glass side panel for an unobstructed view of internal components. It supports standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboard form factors. The internal layout provides substantial clearance, accommodating CPU coolers up to 180mm in height and power supplies up to 280mm in length. Integrated cable management features are included to facilitate an organized build with a clean interior aesthetic.

This case is designed with a focus on thermal performance, offering extensive cooling configurations. It provides mounting locations for up to twelve 120mm fans across the front, top, side, bottom, and rear panels. For liquid cooling systems, it supports the installation of 360mm radiators in both the top and front positions. The chassis includes four pre-installed fans to establish baseline airflow, one of which is a 120mm ARGB PWM model at the rear. Removable dust filters are integrated to help maintain system cleanliness.
