The D-Link DMS-1250-12/E 10-Port Managed L2 Switch (8 x Copper, 2 x 10G copper, 2 x SFP) supports high-bandwidth local network expansion. This non-PoE Layer 2 switch features 10 RJ-45 ports with transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s, alongside two SFP slots for fibre uplinks. With a 120 Gbit/s switching capacity, the unit handles high traffic volumes without creating internal bottlenecks. It is suitable for connecting desktop workstations, servers, and secondary switches.

Designed for standard infrastructure, the unit is housed in a 440 x 210 x 44 mm chassis for 19-inch rack mounting. Configurations are managed via a web interface or command-line interface. The software supports up to 4,096 active VLANs for traffic segmentation and uses Quality of Service (QoS) rules to prioritise latency-sensitive data.
