The Antec AX85 is a Midi Tower PC case constructed with a steel and plastic frame. Its design incorporates a ripple-patterned mesh front panel intended for airflow and a 4 mm thick tempered glass side panel to display internal components. The chassis supports standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX motherboards, providing a foundation for various build configurations. A bottom-mount location for a standard ATX power supply and integrated cable management features are included to assist with assembly.

For thermal management, the case comes equipped with four pre-installed 120 mm ARGB fans, with three positioned at the front and one at the rear. The cooling system is expandable, with support for radiators up to 360 mm in the front, 140 mm on top, and 120 mm at the rear. The interior provides seven expansion slots, clearance for CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height, and dedicated bays for both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch storage drives. Removable dust filters are included for system maintenance.
