Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet 75 x 72 x 0.2 mm AMD EPYC 9000 Thermal Pad, Anthracite

The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet thermal pad is designed for CPU cooling in AMD EPYC 9000 series systems. This 75 mm by 72 mm graphene-based interface has a 0.2 mm thickness and remains stable at temperatures as low as -250 °C. The anthracite pad is non-drying for long-term thermal stability. Each pack contains one pad and a Kapton insulation sheet. This conductive material is RoHS compliant and provides a consistent alternative to traditional liquid thermal paste.
