The OnePlus Watch 3 (46 mm) in Obsidian Titanium is an activity tracker running Wear OS by Google. A Snapdragon W5 processor manages the interface and applications. The device receives smart notifications when paired with an Android 9.0 (or higher) smartphone, though it lacks standalone cellular capabilities. Outdoor tracking relies on GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS, while an altimeter, barometer, and electronic compass monitor environmental data. Activity tracking includes multi-sport modes, continuous heart rate monitoring, and a step counter. The 631 mAh battery provides up to 120 hours of use.

The 46 mm stainless steel casing weighs 49.7 grams without the strap. A sapphire crystal lens protects the display from scratches. The watch carries an IP68 rating and is water-resistant to 5 ATM, allowing submersion up to 50 metres. It operates in temperatures between -40 and 70 °C. The built-in microphone and speaker support wrist-based audio and Google Assistant. Integrated NFC enables contactless payments. A removable black fluoroelastomer strap fits wrists between 140 and 210 mm.
