It is compatible with all hob types, including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction. Its uncoated interior is suitable for high-heat cooking techniques that rely on browning and the development of fond.

As this pan has no non-stick coating, oil or fat is required to prevent sticking during high-temperature cooking. The stainless steel construction is durable enough for both domestic and professional use.
