de Buyer Affinity Stainless Steel Saucepot with Lid 28 cm

The de Buyer Affinity 28 cm low stainless steel saucepot is designed for simmering, sautéing, and reducing liquids. Its stainless steel construction provides a neutral cooking surface that does not react with acidic ingredients or affect food flavours. The uncoated interior is ideal for high-heat techniques such as browning and deglazing. The pot is designed for even heat distribution across the base and walls, and it is compatible with all common hobs, including induction, gas, and ceramic.
