The 26 cm De Buyer Mineral B Element round frying pan (DB5610.26) is designed for high-heat tasks such as searing, browning, and grilling. Its heavy-duty carbon steel construction withstands high temperatures and is compatible with all hob types, including induction. The flared, Lyonnaise-style sides make it easier to slide food onto a plate, while the round shape is suited for daily stovetop use.

The pan has no chemical non-stick coating; instead, it features a natural beeswax finish to assist with initial seasoning. Over time, the surface develops a dark patina, which improves its natural non-stick properties. The pan is not dishwasher safe and must be washed and dried by hand. A single handle is securely riveted to the body for stability. It is oven-safe for finishing dishes, though it comes without a lid or a cool-touch handle. The carbon steel is scratch-resistant and free from PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE.
