The De Buyer 20 cm springform cake tin is made of steel and designed for cakes and desserts that require careful unmolding. With its clip-sided mechanism and removable base, the sides can be detached easily from the baked contents. The tin is oven-safe up to 220°C, which covers the requirements for most standard sponge and fruit cake recipes. Its non-stick coating helps release delicate items, such as cheesecakes and tortes, without damaging the surface. The design allows you to transfer finished bakes directly from the oven to a cooling rack or serving table.

Manufactured in France, this springform tin features a black exterior finish to assist with heat absorption and even baking. The tin is not suitable for microwave use and should only be used in conventional ovens. Wash the item by hand, as it is not dishwasher safe. It is ideal for recipes like layered sponge cakes and soft cheesecakes, where a fixed-base tin would be impractical.
