HPE Aruba Networking CX 6300M - Managed Layer 3 Switch

The HPE Aruba Networking CX 6300M 24-Port SFP+ (1G/10G) and 4-Port SFP56 (50G) switch bundle is a Layer 3 managed unit designed for enterprise infrastructure. It features fiber-optic interfaces exclusively, rather than standard RJ45 connections. The device provides 28 ports in total, split between 24 SFP+ ports and four SFP56 uplinks. Administrators can configure 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps local links, while the uplinks support up to 50 Gbps throughput. At full capacity, the switch achieves a maximum switching capacity of 880 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 654 Mpps.

The 28-port switch is housed in a 1U rack-mountable chassis measuring 442 x 385 x 44 mm. Two built-in fans provide active cooling to maintain internal temperatures during operation. Two integrated power supply units ensure stable performance, drawing a maximum of 85 W under load. Local management is accessible via a dedicated front-panel USB-C console port. An onboard 1800 MHz CPU handles processing tasks to manage traffic flow efficiently.
