Fractal Design Define R5 Midi-Tower Case, Black

The Fractal Design Define R5 is a Mid Tower chassis engineered for silent operation and component flexibility. Constructed from industrial sound-dampened steel, the case is lined with high-density noise-reducing material to minimize system acoustics. It supports ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards and features a highly modular interior, including repositionable and removable drive cages. This design allows for various configurations, accommodating extensive storage arrays or clearing space for advanced cooling systems.

Cooling is addressed with extensive support for both air and liquid solutions. The case includes two pre-installed 140 mm Dynamic GP14 fans, with additional mounts on the top, front, bottom, and side panels. For liquid cooling, it can house radiators up to 420 mm in the top position and 360 mm in the front. The case features ModuVent fan slot covers to maintain sound dampening when fan slots are unused, along with dust filters for the front and bottom intakes to facilitate system maintenance.
