This DELTACO OM3 fiber optic cable is designed for high-speed data transmission within enterprise and data center environments. Measuring 6 meters in length, it is terminated with standard LC male connectors at both ends, facilitating connections between network hardware. The duplex configuration provides two separate fiber strands for bidirectional communication. Its multimode design is optimized for short to medium-range network links, such as those found within a server rack or between adjacent equipment.

Constructed with 50/125 µm glass fiber, the cable adheres to the OM3 specification, enabling data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s. This performance level is suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications over the cable's length. The outer jacket is made from a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) compound. This material enhances safety in indoor installations by producing minimal smoke and no toxic halogen gases if exposed to fire, in compliance with RoHS standards.
