The Sharkoon VS4-V is an ATX tower case constructed from SPCC steel with a matte black finish, designed for price-conscious users. Its design is primarily functional, featuring outwardly recessed side panels that increase the internal volume for both hardware installation and cable management. The case is suitable for standard office PCs or foundational gaming systems that do not require elaborate illumination. The front I/O panel provides access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports alongside separate audio input and output jacks.

The internal layout supports extensive storage options, including three external 5.25" bays, three internal 3.5" bays, and four dedicated 2.5" drive mounts. For thermal management, a 120 mm fan is pre-installed in the front, with optional mounts for an additional four fans on the side and rear panels to optimize airflow. An integrated dust filter at the front intake helps protect internal components. The chassis offers clearance for CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height and supports standard ATX power supplies up to 250 mm long.
