The XILENCE A402 is an air cooling solution engineered to manage thermal loads up to 130W TDP on compatible AMD processor platforms. The cooler utilizes a traditional tower heatsink design for efficient vertical heat dissipation across its aluminum fin array. Heat transfer relies on two 6mm diameter copper heat pipes which are designed for direct contact with the CPU integrated heat spreader. This design facilitates the rapid movement of heat away from the processor core into the cooling structure.

A single 92mm fan handles airflow across the heatsink fins and utilizes a Fluid Bearing mechanism for long-term operational stability. This fan supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing rotational speeds to dynamically adjust between 600 RPM and 2200 RPM based on current CPU temperature demand. The unit generates a maximum airflow of 65.4 CFM and applies a static pressure of 65 mmH2O, with peak operational noise registered at 23.8 dB. Standing 137mm tall, the cooler's dimensions facilitate integration into various mid-tower and compact chassis designs.
